I herby note, that if a postponement of any league fixture is required, application must be made in writing and be in possession of the League Secretary, at least 14 days before the match is to be played. The unavailability of a qualified person is not classed as a reason to postpone a fixture. The League Secretary will then notify both clubs of the postponement, if sanctioned by the league. A postponement fee of £15.00 (for all age groups) is payable into Monmouthshire Junior League's bank account by bank transfer.
